Merhaba ismim murat 28 yaşımdayım,mühendisim. Küçük çocukluk yıllarımda saatlerce kendimi odaya kapatıp hayal kurma alışkanlığım var, kendimce icatlar, bilgisayar oyunu oynar gibi farklı kişiliklerde olma vb. Günümüzde ise o kadar vakit bulamadığımdan ve çalıştığımdan bu işi serviste, yolda, uykuya dalarken yapıyorum. Halen kendimi sürekli başka hayatlarda hayal etmekteyim, kendi hayatımı çekilmez buluyorum güzel bir evlilik yaşamama rağmen ve düşünmekten kaçıyorum bunu. Çünkü beynim sürekli bir şeyler düşünüyor, eğer kendimi başka şekilde düşünmez, oyun film vb. ile zaman harcamazsam boğulacak gibi oluyorum. En çok kaçamadığım yer olan iş yerinde ise yoğun iş stresi sebebiyle çıldırma noktasına geliyorum. artık en ufak bir problemde delirecek gibi oluyorum ve ağza alınmayacak sözler sarf ediyorum. Motivasyonum inanılmaz derecede düştü ve kendimi hiçbir şekilde adapte edemiyorum. Geceleri ciddi uyku problemi yaşıyorum uyumamak için kendimi adeta zorluyorum.
Hiçbir ilaç kullanmadım, sigara alkol vb. kullanmıyorum. Asosyal sayılacak bir hayatım mevcut her zaman bu şekilde idim.
